An open-source web platform focused on technologies for bone analysis. It provides interactive tools for visualizing bone shapes using statistical shape models, a curated directory of databases relevant to bone biomechanics and imaging, and online calculators for bone density assessment and fracture risk estimation.

Client-side tools (SSM explorer, mesh viewer, DICOM viewer, calculators) run entirely in your browser — no data leaves your machine. Advanced features (bone segmentation, SSM construction) use a Python FastAPI backend with TotalSegmentator and ShapeWorks. The platform is built with Next.js and deployed on Vercel.
